Reel For Recharging A Golf Cart

By now, when recharging a motor driven golf cart used in every golf course,
the cable is on the floor of parking lot. It causes a short circuit and negligent
accidents. However, this reel is installed on the wall or ceiling, then makes the
place organized and prevents accidents.
